Reva: A Journey Within is a 2018 Gujaratiadventure drama film starring Chetan Dhanani and Monal Gajjar produced by Brainbox Studios and Baroda Talkies. The film is based on Gujarati author Dhruv Bhatt's 1998 Gujarati novel Tatvamasi. The film was directed by Rahul Bhole and Vinit Kanojia. It was released on 6 April 2018 to positive critic reviews.
Reva superb movie one must not miss this movie very touch and delicate story. The writer has really worked hard and long time such a great movie released. Reva the concept, message, and the cinematography are very good.
Synopsis of reva : A 25-years old Indian man, who is Brough up in the US, visit an ashram near the Narmada River in Gujrat, India, to take his will. During his stay, he meets the locals and tries to understand the culture and believes of the people, which are starkly different from the place where he was raised. After staying for about 20 days near the ashram, hegets his will but in a twist of fate, he comes to know the better truth of his existence and parikrama of the Narmada.
Any movie has various bases, and one of the strong bases of the movie is its music. Amar kandha has done an outstanding job with his works, be it with the title song "REVA", "Narmada Devi Narmade" (this is a wounderful rendition) and "sangeet jalso", which is just awesome, overall, the songs of film are a treat for those who are music lovers! Another strong base is cinematography by suraj kurade. And the research leavers you totally awestruck about the beauty of river narmada dialogue are panned beautifully.
